This 2.5 hour class will give you tools and techniques to help transition you to motherhood with peace and calm. You will receive a folder with special handouts of techniques you can use along with the relaxation downloads for use at home. This class is for mothers only so you will get to know other mothers who are experiencing the preparation of mothering their babies or mothers who are in the midst of the challenges with a new baby. Young babies under 6 months are allowed in the class for those moms who have already given birth. The tools and techniquesyou will learn include rapid relaxation, positive emotional resources, hypnotic time distortion for sleep, and helping with connection to your baby.  After class you will feel more relaxed and more at calm, better prepared for the challenges of mothering and have some excellent tools to take home with you.
