This class is for the mom/couple that want to have a non medicated birth. You must have taken the Weekend Madness Basic 101 class or another independently taught class, NOT a hospital taught class. This is a very hands on class that includes several more coping techniques than a basic childbirth class. You will also receive a packet of many new resources as well.
