My Approach
No one likes to hear their baby cry. And while I don’t use a “cry it out” approach, some tears can be part of the process. Babies communicate through crying. And when we change how they fall asleep, they may protest that change. That’s normal.
Sleep shaping is a transition. My role is to make that transition calm, supported, and predictable. You will know exactly what to expect and exactly how to respond which eases anxiety for both you and your child.
I believe parenting means creating safety while also teaching skills. Sleep is a skill. My approach is structured, responsive, and attachment-centered. Whether using interval reassurance or a gradual in-room exit plan, your child is never left to navigate this alone.
Together, we teach your child to fall asleep independently and return to sleep confidently while preserving a secure parent-child bond.
The result? A well-rested child, a confident parent, and peaceful nights for your entire family.
